Responsibilities:Operations Management: Execution of banking operational Transaction and ensure they are error-free. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely execution of financial transactions.Governance & Risk Mitigation: Follow standardized processes to minimize risks free operations and ensure compliance with SOPs. Identify and address process gaps and potential risks as directed. Follow internal controls to maintain compliance with internal policies.Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest automation solutions. Support the use of AI-driven solutions for effective cash management.Training & Development: Participate in training programs to stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements. Seek opportunities for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.Cashflow Planning & Communication: Assist in daily fund planning and communicate the company's fund position to stakeholders. Address business challenges promptly and contribute to process improvement.Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.Qualifications: Educational Qualification:
BBA / B.OM/ MBA (Finance) / ICWA / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management.Work Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Banking operationsIndustry: Preferably from a Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Finance Industry with experience In Banking operation.
