Create and maintain technical documentation.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.Experience with C#.NET, and JavaScript.Experience with Power Apps Development for ExtensionsExperience with Flow in Power AutomateExperience with Power BI for the ReportsGood to have experience in NICE inContact CXone, Gabby SoftwareStrong understanding of CRM workflows and configuration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
