This full-time position involves driving the B2B sales strategies to grow our customer base effectively. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation and managing the sales pipeline to ensure a seamless customer acquisition process, aligning with Jio's growth objectives.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing B2B sales strategies to capture and expand market presence (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in managing sales pipelines efficiently to drive consistent revenue growth (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce to manage customer relations and sales activities effectively.
  • Strong command over CRM software for tracking and optimizing client interactions and sales processes.
  • Excellent account management skills for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals and secure mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Adept in making data-driven decisions for strategic planning and operational execution in order to boost sales performance.
