Job DescriptionAbout Dr. Martens:Dr. Martens is an iconic British brand founded in 1960 in Northamptonshire. The Company listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange on 29 January 2021 (DOCS.L) and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 index.THE GIGAs a QA Engineer in our Enterprise Technology team, you will:

Design & implement tests plans & test cases
Identify and track bugs and defects
Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
Create comprehensive structures test plans and test cases
Design & develop and use test automation scripts
Track QA metrics

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APARTMust-Have Experience:

2-4+ years working in a QA engineering role.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, processes & systems
Experience of working in an Agile / Scrum development process
Detailed problem solving skills
Experience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycle

Technical Skills:

Proficient with test management systems such as JIRA, TestRail etc
Proficient in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript
Experience with performance testing as well as quality testing

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Education:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
QA Certification (eg ISTQB) is desirable
