This role offers exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, including hands-on experience with enterprise-grade platforms, mentorship from experienced professionals, and opportunities to contribute to impactful projects Support Control-M self-service tasks like reviewing workspace and building workloads/jobs in the Control-M environment as per requirement. Troubleshooting issues, incident response Work on small projects to create, modify workload. Provide weekly and weekend support for planned unplanned activities. Assist senior members on continuous improvement initiatives User management and access provisioning Support Audit requirements and any monthly/quarterly and year-end activities Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Awareness of IT infra support L2/L3, especially workload Automation/job scheduling, platform support etc. Unix shell and SQL Knowledge (basic to intermediate) Exposure to cloud - Azure, AWS Python - familiarity with scripting and automation tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Exposure to IT support concepts. Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
