- To Handle a team of Admins for better efficiency and result.
- Responsible for registration, code creation and listing of new customers in Yakult's Sales base.
- Co-coordinating with Category buyers/Managers for stock fulfillment at store level.
- Co-coordinating with Category buyers/Managers for any GRN related/ delivery related issues and resolving the same.
- Continuously Working towards increasing the product depth at store-level by increasing the facing and stock positions.
- Visiting the Customers' offices for bills submission for top 3 customers and clearing the discrepancies if any.
- Co-coordinating with branch sales teams on day-to-day basis for Purchase Orders (PO)/ GRNs, pricing for GT accounts.
- Co-coordinating with finance team for outstanding/payments related issues.
- Responsible for proving timely balance confirmation, NDC, Account Ledger, Reconciliation reports to Customer by coordinating with finance.
- Analyzing outstanding data and keeping a check on the pending payments and recovering the same from the customers.
- Good Communicator, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity to the job, positive and creative thinker.
- PC skill like MS Excel & Power point.
- Local candidate.
- Languages known: English & Local Language
- Excellent negotiation skill is must.
- Language Known: English, Hindi and Tamil
- 2-Wheeler license is must (4-wheeler license is preferable)
