• Active Participation in BIW Proto Trials for Accuracy Maturation, Defects Analysis & counter measure implementation.

• Closure Accuracy Maturation, Press & Roller Hemming accuracy maturation.

• Knowledge about New Model Quality Maturation Plan & BIW Weld Process.

• Knowledge about FARO/Portable Scanning, CMM Inspection, ATOS Scanning and various Alignment methods used for inspection.

• Knowledge about Closure Quality Maturation process.

• Knowledge about assembly related issues reported for closures & White Body.

• Knowledge about Jig Planning Sheet & Basic concepts like Datum Pin, Datum Mylar etc.
