The ideal candidate will bring existing client relationships, industry expertise, and a strategic approach to increasing market penetration and cross-sell opportunities within targeted industry segments.Key Responsibilities:- Lead new client acquisition efforts, particularly in Group Health Insurance, leveraging deep industry knowledge and an existing network of corporate clients.- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery:- Underwriting & Placement Team: Handle insurer relationships, pricing, and policy structuring.- Servicing Team: Manage claims processing and policy endorsements.- Client Engagement Team: Roll out wellness programs and technology-based solutions to clients.- Operations Team: Ensure accurate documentation and policy issuance.- Deliver consultative, knowledge-driven solutions tailored to client needs in selected industry segments.- Develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy to increase insurance product penetration and value-added services.- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through proactive account management and service excellence.- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and managing the sales pipeline effectively.Required Qualifications:- Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in insurance sales or marketing, particularly in Group Health Insurance.- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management, with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding targets.- Strong understanding of underwriting principles, insurance operations, and claims servicing.- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.- Prior experience selling to B2B clients in key industry sectors is mandatory.- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage complex sales cycles.Preferred Skills:- Insurance Sales/Marketing - 6 Years (Advanced)- Client Management - 5 Years (Advanced)- Operations Management - 5 Years (Advanced)- Sales Management - 4 Years (Intermediate)- Underwriting - 4 Years (Intermediate)- Quality & Reliability Testing - 5 Years (Intermediate)Job Categories:- Sales Managers (Sales)- Outside Sales Manager (Sales)- Benefits Manager (Banking, Finance and Accounting)- Insurance Agents (Banking, Finance and Accounting) (ref:updazz.com)
