- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact for candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles.
- Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and platforms.
- Develop creative recruitment advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics for analysis and improvement.
- 4+ years of in-house or consulting recruitment experience in supporting diverse business needs
- Experienced in hiring data analytics-related roles such as - Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, and Cloud platform roles
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline including passive candidates using custom outreaches and meaningful candidate engagement
- Extensively use tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc. to develop a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Able to adapt effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Experience in maintaining accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in ATS
- Must have prior experience in US hiring
- Ability to collaborate with a remote team and work across different time zones.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
