Program Manager

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent telecom projects from initiation through completion.
• Work extensively with government agencies to align project goals, obtain clearances, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the key liaison between government clients and internal teams, translating requirements into clear tasks.
• Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and manage expectations at every project stage.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams including site managers, field engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics across all active projects.
• Identify project risks, handle escalations, and implement timely resolutions.
• Monitor and report project progress to senior leadership and government clients regularly.
• Ensure smooth field operations and on-site coordination with site personnel.
• Provide mentoring and oversight to project teams to maintain high-performance standards.
• Experience with GIS/location-based software projects is a strong plus.
