Handle dealer and customer calls professionally and empathetically.
Respond to inquiries regarding services and warranty policies.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product usage.
Resolve first level complaints and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
Support in warranty data punching in AS400 payment systems.
Dealer and Distributor weekly calling and doing regular surveys as and when required.
Follow call centre protocols and quality standards.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.Key Requirements:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role (4-5 years preferred).
Excellent communication skills in (English, Hindi) – both written and verbal.
Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time electively.
Flexible to handle cross functional assignments.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
Empathy and patience when dealing with difficult customers.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
