- 6-10 years of relevant experience working in Coupa Supply Chain Functional
- Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle Coupa implementations.
- Experience of having a client facing role
- Good exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activities
- Experience in solution design and drafting functional specs and driving the solution
- Application configuration, test case preparation and execution
- Keep up to date of technology trends, opportunities, compliance, and regulatory requirements within the defined product (Coupa).
- Provide expertise to others to understand the impact of system enhancements on the company's processes and to understand how system functions will generate the intended outcomes for the business.
- Support solution architects and global process/portfolio owners, in the design of processes, systems, and information/data architectures; while adhering to established enterprise architectural frameworks and strategic roadmaps.
- Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the processes, systems, and data in the defined capability area.
- Author functional and technical specifications to be used by solutions/systems engineers to support the delivery of business and technical requirements
- Communicate documented defects to technical team members, create and validate proposed defect resolutions (fixes) from systems/solutions engineers, and ensure that the initial defect was corrected.
- Coordinate systems integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure technical specifications are functioning as designed, business requirements are satisfied, and proper and auditable documentation is produced.
- Develop and execute proper training, transition, and cutover plans to maximize user adoption and minimize business disruption.
- Support project management activities, including project planning, issue management, and status reporting.
- Provide functional systems expertise to help ensure ERP and edge application strategy and related processes serve as a key catalyst for growth.
- Manage intake of defects and enhancements, collaborating with team members to gather, analyze, and document requirements, to explore root cause and solution options, and to prioritize systems work
- Support and drive compliance activities around security role provisioning, SOX, and internal/external audits.
- Train users and act as a change champion for systems and process enhancements and transformation efforts
- Perform Coupa administrator tasks including: configurations, security, etc.
- Collaborate with various cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members, including external consultants.
- Provide functional & technical expertise, as well as proven knowledge of key integration points across ERPs and edge applications.
- Ability to work on global, multinational and remote teams in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Demonstrated ability in IT analysis methodologies (e.g., process flow definition, data flow
- diagramming, use case definition)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and other IT Personnel
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite including Visio or similar flowcharting/diagram.
