Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using SSIS and Azure cloud services
Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
Implement ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse sources across the organization
Conduct data profiling and implement data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Transform raw data into standardized formats that meet business requirements
Apply advanced SQL optimization techniques including indexing strategies and performance tuning
Monitor data pipelines and database performance proactively
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
Establish and maintain data quality standards and monitoring processes

Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server development
Strong proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, or related services)
Experience integrating data from various source systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery, Excel/CSV files, and API integrations.
Expertise in writing complex T-SQL including stored procedures, functions, and views
Deep understanding of SQL optimization techniques and performance tuning
Experience working with large-scale datasets and managing enterprise-wide data integrations
Proficiency in C# for developing custom data solutions and SSIS script tasks
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for version control and project management
Hands-on experience with data warehousing principles, including dimensional modelling, SCD Type 2, and Lakehouse-based data architecture.
