Primary Objective: The IT Support Engineer is a member of Global IT Support Team which provides support for more than 1000 employees locally and over several physical locations worldwide. IT Support Engineer responsibilities are hardware and software support to all employees as well as 1st/2nd tier troubleshooting. Manage user creation and permission assignment. Install and configure operating systems. Maintain compliance with software licensing and inventory. Main Responsibilities: Provide helpdesk operational and security support to resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction Install, test and configure new workstations, peripherals, equipment and software Support PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software Assist with onboarding of new users and leaving employees Utilize and maintain the helpdesk ticketing system Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses Maintain users, groups and computers in Active Directory Qualifications: Fresh graduate. Bachelor degree in relevant profession Good learning capability and environment adaptability
