Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience as a Shift Supervisor in herbal extract manufacturing Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends Knowledge of the industry and relevant regulations Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Roles And Responsibilities Manage and supervise all activities during the assigned shift Ensure efficient and effective workflow Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service Train and mentor team members Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the shift Maintain a safe and clean work environment Prepare and submit shift reports Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to achieve company goals
