What success looks like in this role:Provides leadership and oversight for the Cloud Engineering group. Oversees team efforts to develop, implement and maintain cloud-based solutions, enabling customers to optimize security, networks, solutions and platforms. Drives engagement with internal and external teams to help automate common tasks and work towards a total self-service system. Leads and oversees creation of the Unisys Cloud Native platform, helping facilitate the next push for the future.

Oversees, monitors and evaluates the activities of leaders and associates performing Cloud Engineering.
Serves as tactical relationship manager between Cloud Engineering teams, other technical teams, business and process stakeholders.
Assists in implementing the Cloud Engineering vision within the global business.
Contributes to the vision, long-term strategy and roadmap of the Cloud Engineering and related functions.
Collaborates with business leaders to translate business processes into value-adding implementation designs.
Applies technical expertise to drive advanced solutions and innovative technologies.
Drives continuous integration and continuous deployment tooling and technical practices across the organization.
Stays up to date with business and product direction to anticipate long lead-time technology needs.
Researches and understands where new technology and innovation might solve upcoming business problems.
