Job Description:Experience

15+ years in software development + technical project/program management.
Significant hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js, or equivalent) and modern JavaScript ecosystems.
Strong backend engineering background in Java‑based systems, Node.js, or other server‑side technologies

Technical Skills

Solid understanding of architecture for distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud tooling, and infrastructure automation.
Ability to comprehend code-level details, review solutions, and guide engineers toward optimal design choices.

Delivery Skills

Proven experience leading Agile teams in complex digital programs.
Expertise in planning, estimation, risk management, governance, and multi-team coordination.
Strong understanding of solution design, engineering workflows, and SDLC best practices.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and mentor engineering teams.
Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable making technical and delivery decisions under pressure
