If so, we want to hear from you !We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be key in developing and executing strategic initiatives that generate leads, nurture prospects, and ultimately drive sales growth.Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the marketing team to execute the planned demand generation strategy.
  • Hands-on experience to use new age tools to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop reach out plan accordingly.
  • Craft compelling email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Manage the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns across various platforms (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
  • Manage website chats, especially during the US time zone
  • Use and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and ensure a smooth handoff.
  • Follow up on calls with prospects to convert them into a lead.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Outplay, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with market research methodologies.
  • Ability to create compelling content and write persuasive copy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and meeting deadlines.
  • Work in the US shift, preferably from 4 PM to 1 AM IST.
Bonus points for:
  • Knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing attribution modeling.
