Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and onboard vendors across segments such as main meals, tuck shops, and event management, ensuring proper mutual agreements are in place.Vendor Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the vendor database to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.Compliance & Audits: Coordinate with internal teams for EHS audits and schedule client audits as required, ensuring vendors meet all compliance standards.Sales Collaboration: Understand sales team requirements and provide suitable vendor proposals, including commercial calculations with P&L considerations.Event Coordination: Encourage vendor participation in food festivals and other client events to enhance engagement.Operational Oversight: Possess deep knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, and vendor implementation processes.Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms with vendors and, if necessary, with clients to secure favorable arrangements.RequirementsDesired Qualifications & SkillsEducational Background: Preferably a graduate from IHM or an MBA in Supply Chain Management.Experience: Proven experience in vendor management, preferably in the food and beverage sector.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Travel: Willingness to travel for work-related purposes.Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.Negotiation & Decision-Making: Strong skills in negotiation, management, and decision-making.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills.
