This is a full-time position that involves overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and effective store management. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of retail management and customer service excellence.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficient in inventory management software to oversee stock levels and ensure product availability for customers efficiently.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to resolve customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experience in sales and promotions execution to drive revenue growth and achieve store sales targets consistently.
  • Strong merchandising skills to effectively present products in an appealing manner that maximizes sales potential.
  • Competence in cash handling with a focus on accuracy and accountability for daily financial transactions and reconciliation.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to work collaboratively towards achieving store objectives and improving store performance.
  • Analytical aptitude to utilize sales data for making informed decisions that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff, fostering a positive store environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate promotional efforts to increase awareness and sales within the store location.
  • Ensure the store's visual standards are maintained to attract and retain customers while enabling easy navigation.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with supply chain teams to manage inventory for optimal stock turnover.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service excellence by training staff and addressing customer concerns promptly.
  • Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and balancing daily receipts in adherence to company guidelines.
  • Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets and improving store profitability consistently.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to ensure effective team working and performance management.
