The position of Senior Pavement Engineer is the key position in these BIDs. Missions/Main Duties:

Develop optimized pavement structure using design traffic, subgrade conditions, and material properties.
Assess bitumen, aggregates, and stabilizers for suitability; prepare mix designs for asphalt and concrete pavements.
Monitor paving operations, compaction, and temperature controls to ensure adherence to standards and specifications
Integrate effective surface and sub-surface drainage solutions to enhance pavement longevity and minimize water damage.
Analyze pavement performance data and recommend preventive maintenance strategies to extend service life.

Profile/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or material engineering, post graduate degree preferred.
Min.15 years of professional experience
Min. 12 years of design experience in road pavement design and maintenance
