We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Provider and Network Management Specialistto join our team at YourDOST, a leading B2B workplace wellness service provider. The idealcandidate will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with wellness serviceproviders, ensuring a robust network, and maintaining the quality of services delivered to ourcorporate clients.ResponsibilitiesProvider Network Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with wellnessservice providers, including fitness centres, healthcare professionals, Hospitals, andnutritionists.Quality Assurance: Develop and implement standards and guidelines for the delivery ofwellness services within the provider network. Monitor and assess the quality andeffectiveness of services provided by network partners.Network Adequacy: Assess and maintain the adequacy of the provider network to meet theneeds of corporate clients and their employees. Collaborate with the sales and accountmanagement teams to align network capabilities with client requirements.Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing wellness serviceproviders to foster collaboration and resolve any issues promptly. Act as the primary point ofcontact for providers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.Provider Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new wellness service providers,ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Conductorientation sessions to familiarize providers with our program objectives and expectations.Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate theeffectiveness and efficiency of the provider network. Implement improvements andadjustments as needed to optimize network performance.Data Analysis: Analyze provider performance data and utilization metrics to identify trends,areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization. Provide insights to supportstrategic decision-making.Compliance & Regulation: Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliancerequirements. Ensure that all providers adhere to regulatory standards and maintainnecessary certifications.Reporting: Generate regular reports on provider network performance, service utilization, andclient satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and recommendationsfor program enhancement.RequirementBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in provider network management, preferably in the healthcare or wellnessindustry.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the wellness or healthcare sector.3+ years of experience in provider network management3+ years of experience in market research, preferably in the workplace wellness or healthcareindustry.LocationNoida, Delhi-NCR
