- Organize school events, meetings, and activities by coordinating logistics and administrative support.
- Address operational challenges proactively and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and reporting abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in school management systems, MS Office tools, and basic data management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, and facility administration.
- Knowledge of compliance, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements in educational institutions.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide administrative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
- 1 to 15 years of experience in school administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in educational institutions is preferred but not mandatory for junior roles.
