The company is based in Varanasi. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for keeping and maintaining accurate records of the company's statutory legal and financial matters. They will also be responsible for organizing and managing board meetings and preparing minutes of such meetings. The Company Secretary will also be responsible for effectively communicating with stakeholders of the company such as shareholders, management, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills Knowledge of company law and corporate governance Experience in preparing minutes and reports, and conducting board and committee meetings Ability to work independently and remotely Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification from ICSI or equivalent is preferred
