Key Responsibilities- Maintain high-quality interactions aligned with organizational standards.- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the organization's product offerings across relevant categories.- Guide, upsell, and cross-promote products and services during customer interactions.- Adhere to approved call scripts while ensuring conversations demonstrate empathy, persuasion, and need-based recommendations.- Accurately capture and update customer details, interaction notes, and lead status in the CRM system.- Ensure all leads are appropriately routed to the relevant sales channels or representatives as per standard operating procedures.- Conduct timely follow-ups to track and encourage customer engagement, including visits or further interactions as per customer convenience.- Take ownership of customer interactions, working towards successful sales closure.- Maintain adherence to work schedules, call handling efficiency, and real-time data entry accuracy.- Consistently meet targets related to call quality, lead accuracy, follow-up adherence, and customer satisfaction.- Participate in training sessions for new products, technology updates, and process improvements to maintain service quality.- Visit relevant centers or locations for training and to gain real-time understanding of customer requirements.- Report to the designated team lead within the purchase assistance function.
