Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 2-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the real estate or allied industries.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate, architecture, and interior design sectors.Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and create data-driven strategies.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address client needs and resolve challenges.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
