Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, RPA Blue PrismIn this role, depth of demonstrable experience in an industry-recognized RPA tool Blue Prism is requiredResponsibilitiesShould have hands on experience on Blue Prism developmentParticipating in solution design against business requirementsGood understanding of business requirements along with technical detailsFeasibility study and identifying the gapsTroubleshooting capabilities for the issues to identify the root causeTo analyze business requirements for developing functional and non-functional system requirementsInvolving in the QA Verification phase to support the QA teamFollowing the code adherence like proper commenting, adherence to design, nomenclature and securitypracticesAbility to deliver within estimated timelinesParticipating in peer review process of codes adhering to designFollowing best practices for code development, reviews, and releasesAbility to provide quick resolution for issues after go-liveTimely updating senior technical members for any concerning issueStay up-to-date with the RPA technology to add value to the projectCan do approach and a positive attitude to support the project as and when requiredPerforming Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed automated solutionWorking with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-outFixing bugs during UAT and SITPerforming administrative jobs in the Blue Prism live environment, for example, running processes,viewing logs, maintaining resource PCs, etcQualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualificationsBachelor Degree in B.Tech/BEexperience in production support/ITSMexperience in IT industry100% Working form office (client restricted ODC) on all 5 days per weekReady for 24x7 Rotational shift and timings mentioned above for reference. The roster may besubjected to changes during the month/week based on client requirements.Ready to work from Genpact offices in Hyderabad Uppal or Gurgaon Badshahpur locationsExcellent communication Skills (both written & verbal)Continuous Learning and InnovationITSM/production support experience will be an added advantagePreferred to have Blue Prism AD01 certificationWhy join Genpact?
