Shift: 24x7 Rotational ShiftJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle WebLogic Administrator to manage and support enterprise middleware environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in WebLogic administration, clustering, security, and performance optimization, along with hands-on experience in Oracle middleware stack including Identity Management and SOA Suite.Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, and migrate Oracle WebLogic Server environments
- Manage and administer WebLogic domains, clusters, and servers
- Configure and maintain load balancing for high availability and scalability
- Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for WebLogic environments
- Apply patches, upgrades, and security hardening best practices
- Implement and manage SSL certificates and WebLogic security configurations
- Administer and support Oracle Identity Management (OAM, OIM, OID, OAuth)
- Manage and support Oracle SOA Suite (SOA & OSB) environments
- Develop and execute automation using WLST scripts and shell scripting
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot middleware-related issues
- Collaborate with application, database, and infrastructure teams
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle WebLogic Administration
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- WebLogic Installation, Upgrade & Migration
- Cluster Management & Load Balancing
- Performance Tuning & Capacity Planning
- Security Hardening & SSL Configuration
- Experience with Oracle Identity Management Stack (OAM, OIM, OID, OAuth)
- Experience with Oracle SOA Suite (SOA & OSB)
- Strong scripting experience using WLST and Shell scripting
- Good understanding of middleware architecture and integrations
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Database administration
- Experience working in 24x7 production support environments
- Exposure to cloud platforms (OCI/AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation practices
