- Take action to reduce rejection.
- Sound Knowledge of Injection Molding and Extrusion Process.
- Manpower monitoring.
- Handling of manpower including company workman , contract workman and production team.
- Process monitoring and standardization.
- Timely action on Non conformance raised Shop floor
- Monitoring regrind and material consumption.
- Identify area for cost reduction.
- Safety supervision.
- Identify Area for improvement..
