- Continually optimize ad accounts to achieve maximum ROI and client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships, handle escalations when necessary, and collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Conduct account audits to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
- Contribute to the development and structure of the paid search team, assisting in training and mentoring team members.
- Develop and implement innovative campaigns tailored to client goals, while managing budgets to ensure optimal spend allocation.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide mid- to long-term strategic planning focused on brand growth and market positioning.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and audience behaviors to drive innovative paid media approaches.
- Lead strategic planning efforts, ensuring high-quality solution design and effective management approaches.
- Proven track record in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and other biddable media platforms (e.g., Bing Ads).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- High attention to detail and precision in execution.
- Strong business acumen and budget management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Advertising Certification is a plus.
