With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.Based in our R&D department, you will become part of the Telecare team, which includes experts in cloud fitting, microservices, and mobile application development. This team is focused on developing remote fitting solutions for WS Audiology.As a QA engineer, you will work alongside a team of dedicated and skilled professionals, all driven by the mission to “build a secure, scalable, and reliable remote fitting solution that enables WSA to deliver remote care to its customers.”What you will doAutomated test development
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using BDD, WebdriverIO, and TypeScript.
  • Actively participate from the early stages of requirement refinement through development and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and system reliability.
  • Integrate and monitor automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps.
  • Report bugs with detailed reproduction steps and work with developers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Identify areas of automation, create plans, and present possible improvements to Developers and Product Owners.
Manual testing
  • Design, create, and execute exploratory, regression, and functional test strategies.
  • Perform manual testing involving hardware components where applicable.
  • Log change requests, create bug reports, and conduct thorough root cause analyses.
  • Validate application behavior and performance across different platforms (Web, Mobile APP) and environments.
What you bring
  • BE/B.Tech degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in manual (Mobile and web app) and automation(Web) testing, with a strong QA mindset.
  • Proven experience with expertise in BDD frameworks, WebdriverIO, TypeScript, and Test-Driven Development.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Software Testing Life Cycle, Methodologies, Test techniques, and levels.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD workflows using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in test management and defect management tools like DevOps, ALM or other similar tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Experience in mobile and web app testing.
  • Medical product testing is preferred but not mandatory.
