This role is responsible for supporting and managing enterprise network infrastructure across global on-premises data centers and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and wireless networking within a multi-vendor ecosystem.Core Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 operational support for global LAN, WAN, Wireless, Data Center, and Cloud network environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents involving routing, switching, and Wi-Fi technologies.
Configure, maintain, and optimize multi-vendor network hardware including:

Cisco Systems

Juniper Networks

Extreme Networks

Dell Technologies

Administer and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP (eBGP/iBGP) and OSPF.
Manage switching technologies including VLANs, STP/RSTP, EtherChannel/LACP, VRRP/HSRP.
Support enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure including controllers, access points, RF optimization, SSIDs, authentication (802.1X), and guest access.
Support hybrid connectivity between on-premises data centers and cloud platforms such as:

Microsoft Azure

Google Cloud Platform

Manage VPNs, ExpressRoute/Interconnect, and cloud routing configurations.
Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational runbooks.
Participate in 24x7 support and on-call rotation as required.

We are looking for -

5-7 years of experience in Network Operations or Network Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and enterprise Wi-Fi.
Experience working in multi-vendor network environments.
Solid understanding of:

BGP and OSPF
TCP/IP fundamentals
VLANs, redundancy protocols
Wireless standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
Experience supporting both on-prem data centers and public cloud networking.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience working in a global operations environment.

Preferred Qualifications

CCNP / JNCIP or equivalent certifications.
Wireless certifications (e.g., CWNA or vendor-specific).
Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
Familiarity with automation tools (Python, Ansible).
Knowledge of cloud networking constructs (VNet, VPC, NSGs, route tables).
Understanding of ITIL processes.
