Job Overview:As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Quality at Eriez, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your expertise in quality assurance and control within our manufacturing environment. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in compliance with international standards.
Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
Support the development of quality control inspection plans and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations pertaining to quality metrics.
Learn and utilize quality tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen.
Stay informed about industry standards and regulations related to quality management.

RequirementsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
Recent graduates are most welcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and exposure to quality management software is a plus.
