- Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans, and budgets to achieve sales targets.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, handle price negotiations, and generate sales revenue.
- Create customized sales pitches and solutions for customers to enhance their business workflows.
- Design and execute inside sales strategies, set business goals, and drive team execution to achieve targets.
- Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, and manage customer relationships for sales growth.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers, provide exceptional pre and after-sales services, and participate in sales promotional programs.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, and front office operations.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing large accounts, and leading sales teams.
- Experience in cold-calling, prospecting, and relationship development for sales opportunities.
- Strong understanding of inside sales processes and ability to prepare sales reports and forecasts regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
- Prior experience in managing retail sales forces, implementing marketing activities, and supervising sales promotions.
- Knowledge of sales tools and strategies to capture key demographics, drive sales growth, and meet business goals effectively.
