Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans, and budgets to achieve sales targets.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, handle price negotiations, and generate sales revenue.
  • Create customized sales pitches and solutions for customers to enhance their business workflows.
  • Design and execute inside sales strategies, set business goals, and drive team execution to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, and manage customer relationships for sales growth.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and new customers, provide exceptional pre and after-sales services, and participate in sales promotional programs.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, and front office operations.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing large accounts, and leading sales teams.
  • Experience in cold-calling, prospecting, and relationship development for sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of inside sales processes and ability to prepare sales reports and forecasts regularly.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
  • Prior experience in managing retail sales forces, implementing marketing activities, and supervising sales promotions.
  • Knowledge of sales tools and strategies to capture key demographics, drive sales growth, and meet business goals effectively.
