- Develop our client’s business by establishing strong Strategic Partner relationships and partnerships in the region to drive profitable growth.
- Recruit and introduce new partners to the organization on an ongoing basis.
- Identify and report on business opportunities to increase market share.
- Approach, source and communicate with local partners to foster long-term relationships.
- Conduct business trips to meet partners and present products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.
- Demonstrate strong ability to achieve KPIs and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Transferable book of business in South Asia.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience within financial markets in South Asia.
- Hunter mentality.
- Excellent understanding of financial markets and brokerage business.
- Strong understanding of regulatory regimes and policies.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Positive work attitude and strong dedication.
- Target-oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi.
