JobType: full-timeRequirementsWhat we have:● As a Product Manager you will own a particular product segment or workflow● Understand user needs and pain points through one-on-one interactions directly with users or other business stakeholders and through data analytics● Gather the requests from business stakeholders or from users and identify the most impactful problems to solve and be able to estimate the business impact of solving them● Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, design and engineering teams● Define metrics and measurement strategies for the product and team and own the targets for relevant metricsWhat we expect:● Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts● Work with the engineering team to communicate release goals and be a part of product life cycle● Interface with stakeholders for inputs on market trends, feature requirements and product gaps● Own product performance and conduct periodic performance reviews● Creative ideation and articulation of ideasWhat you have:● At-least years of Hands-on experience in Product Management● Engineering degree is a must have (development experience is an added advantage)● An MBA from a premier B-school (Tier I & II) preferred● Able to work with multiple groups and processes● Outstanding intellectual capability & Solid analytical skills● Excellent communication skills● Ability to work and thrive in a multi- tasked fast paced environment● Someone who gets a kick out of creating something from scratch and seeing the fast pace actions translate into revenue
