OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can own and drive the visual direction of our product and brand. This role is about setting the bar—defining how our SaaS product looks, feels, and communicates across product surfaces and marketing.You should bring strong visual taste, motion capabilities, and a clear point of view, with experience working on modern, high-quality startup products.Roles & Responsibilities1. Visual Direction & Brand Ownership
  • Define and evolve the overall visual language across product and marketing.
  • Set quality benchmarks for design across teams.
  • Ensure consistency in:
  • Typography
  • Color systems
  • Layout structure
  • Motion language
  • Act as the visual authority, guiding other designers and stakeholders.
2. Product & SaaS Visual Communication
  • Translate complex SaaS workflows into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling outputs.
  • Design for product surfaces (onboarding, feature highlights, empty states, etc.).
  • Work closely with product and engineering to ensure visual clarity and feasibility.
3. Motion & Interaction Design
  • Create high-quality motion assets for:
  • Product walkthroughs
  • Feature demos
  • Website interactions
  • Use motion as a tool to explain, guide, and elevate user experience.
4. Marketing & Brand Collateral
  • Design assets for:
  • Website & landing pages
  • Campaigns & social content
  • Pitch decks & case studies
  • Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all external touchpoints.
5. AI-Enabled Creative Workflows
  • Integrate AI tools into design workflows for:
  • Faster iteration
  • Concept generation
  • Enhanced visual output
  • Push the team towards AI-first design exploration.
Skills & QualificationsCore Skills
  • Strong foundation in:
  • Visual Design (typography, layout, composition)
  • Motion Design (After Effects or similar)
  • Proven experience in SaaS / product-driven environments.
  • Ability to create polished, production-ready visuals.
Tools
  • Figma (must-have)
  • Adobe Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Motion tools (Rive, Lottie, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.)
