
Workday Production Analyst in Service Management

- 5 plus years of relevant IT experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in delivering production support/application support services for Workday HCM system
- Experience troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis and resolution of critical/complex Workday production incidents
- Strong Workday functional and/or technical skills in delivering incident fixes and enhancements for one or more Workday components such as Reporting, Integration, Prism etc.
- Demonstrable experience in providing solutions to functional queries/issues related one or more Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Performance Management etc.
- Willingness to work UK shifts and on-call hours to support customers/colleagues across various regions
