We have over 500 partners including large conglomerates like Bosch, Stanley Black & Decker, Philips, P&G, Godrej, Mars, Drools, Reckitt Benckiser, Wipro, Eicher & many more.- The company's core business revolves around technology, logistics, inventory management, and brand nurturing thereby elevating consumer-leading brands to their full potential.- We aim to be the preferred partner for an Indian customer looking for the highest quality products and be available at every consumer touch-point making us their most recognized & trusted e-commerce aggregator partner in India with ambitious plans to enter international markets.Roles and responsibilities:- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members on a wide range of materials that may include product catalogues, brand brochure, A+ content creatives, E-commerce listing creatives, emailers, social media posts, box packaging using KLDs, web pages, presentations and other marketing collaterals.- Creating GIFs, creating storyboard for photoshoots (product and lifestyle) and helping in the execution with the photographer- Creating brand guidelines - Churning out print ad artworks, packaging artworks etc.- Editing the raw images on photoshop or other softwares for a finished output - Creating finished images by forming image compositions to be used for online / offline mediums The Ideal Candidate:- Minimum 4+ year experience as a graphic designer - Excellent communication and presentation skills- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Desire to continue building skill set with education and training- In-depth knowledge of design softwares like Illustrator, Photoshop and familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)Excellent copywriting and content creation skills- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all creative deliverables and brand asset- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Prior Experience in a fast paced, high growth organization is preferred- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related disciplineWhat's in it for you?- Be at the core of our next phase of growth by creating a Brand positioning that resonates with millions of consumers- Work in an ideal place for ground-breaking improvements in technology & brand- Continuous mentorship from leaders & peers- Progressive & Employee First policies- A young, cool, vibrant & high-performance culture- Competitive pay as per Market benchmarks (ref:updazz.com)
