- Develop and implement detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all project milestones.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of infrastructure development, including roads, bridges, water supply, sewerage systems, drainage, culverts, landscape, WTP, STP, CETP, ICT components
- Supervise and guide multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure smooth communication among stakeholders such as architects, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
- Monitor the quality of construction activities and ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct routine site inspections and provide solutions for any technical or structural challenges.
- Ensure optimal allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment by the contractor to meet project timelines
- Ensure the project complies with local building codes and standards, along with the timely permits, as required
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, construction drawings, and as-built plans

- Graduate in Civil Engineering and master’s in construction management
- Minimum 15 years of progressive Programme or project experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental sustainability, and quality standards.
