Deliver Kannada lessons aligned with the curriculum in an interactive and age-appropriate manner
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning

Student Development & Engagement

Support students in developing reading, writing, and speaking skills in Kannada
Encourage participation through storytelling, activities, and creative exercises

Assessment & Feedback

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents

Collaboration & School Participation

Work closely with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning
Participate in school events, activities, and parent-teacher interactions

Key Requirements

B.Ed (Mandatory)
Strong command over Kannada language (reading, writing, speaking)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for teaching young children
Ability to create engaging learning experiences
