This is a mid-managerial role in the world's largest PR Agency and a global communications firm. Therefore, it offers a vast platform of professional peer community working with an array of clients in the region. The professional is expected to help achieve the business goals of our clients. You will be involved in executing complex B2B marketing campaigns across a variety of paid media channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other Partners).This position will play a key role in developing and planning account-based media, display and search strategies for array of key clients, executing against the plan, and make you conditioned to question status quo and culture original thinking.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities
Bring in start-up work ethics to hone full funnel B2B account based marketing programs firmly grounded on robust performance marketing offerings
Introduce and refine Programmatic/Search/Social-led audience strategies, and to advance digital strategy to truly elevate paid media efforts to not only exceed immediate campaign goals, but to help marketing objectives exceed business objectives.
Define and tailor performance metrics that are audience-first, client-focused
Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts with and account-based marketing mindset
Bring efficiencies in analysis and optimization of client's strategic accounts and always-on activities, measure what matters for long term client success, rather than only point-in-time campaign performance
Ability to evaluate cutting-edge mastech on the horizon and ensure readiness to procure, implement and manage new martechl
Hone proficiency in bidding strategy and track bids in line with marketing objectives and budgets to maintain desired ranking on select search engines
Bring in competitive intelligence from all things digital - Web, Social, Search
Hone proficiencies in Pay Per Click (PPC), Display Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Marketing, UAC & Shopping Campaigns.
Embrace Edelman capabilities, IP, and resources, and know when to apply them strategically to solve client business objectives
Engage, develop, and lead talent to build a high-performance integrated team by establishing common grounds and instill inspiration
Experience Required: 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing in primarily B2B scenarios
Competencies Required
Experience in all aspects of paid media including Google AdWords, Bing, Display, Facebook Proficiency in Google's Suite of Analytics Reporting, Dashboarding for Executives and Senior Leadership
Hands on experience with any one from following will be added advantage: DMP / CDP / CRM / Marketing Automation
Soft Skills: Digital savviness and clarity in verbal / written communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
