
Senior Sales Engineer/Territory Manager

- Meeting monthly/annual targets (quantitative and qualitative) as assigned
- Strengthening of business relationships with existing customers
- The person will need to constantly hunt for prospects and develop new business opportunities for all products in the territory
- Improving market share & customer share in the assigned territory & identify lost business for appropriately converting to CP loyal customers
- Maximize sales of CP Brand compressors & accessorie
- Improvise Direct presence by increasing F.O.S
- Improvise Hit-Rate by increasing Value Sale
- Reviewing & strengthening Territory Management in the operating domain
- Street Price Development
- To manage receivables and inventory
- Implementation of divisional Strategy of Way-2-Market to meet-up the company objective
- Motivating customers towards shifting to new technology (in co-operation with Marketing
- Sales development activities in the territory
- Effective usage of C4C and sales tools to imporve the business results
- Close co-ordination with Distributor and Dealer Managers
- 5 to 8 year of sales experience
- Ambitious personality with the right attitude
- Sound understanding of compressor technique business
- Engineering educational background and MBA qualification will be an advantage
- Sound technical understanding and interest in new products/technical development
- Strong sales techniques and communication skill
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, comfortable using CRM platforms with desire to learn new systems
