Maintaining right sowing window for all the crops to achieve high production reliability
Maintain high IP security
Maintain all safety culture in the field aligning with company policy
Production of all the allocated crops seed production to maintain
Quantitative seed produciton reliability
Qulaitative seed produciton reliability.
Help to produce all Status seeds as per allocation / production plan.
Help to SPR team to manage their SPR trials on the farm.
Have good knowledge of agronomical practices, disease and pest identification and their control measure.
Should be collaborative to align his work with high priority.
