Overview:We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Operations professional to drive operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to optimize performance.
  • Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product MasterData, IT) to align operational strategies.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and support business planning and execution.
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Manage budgets, forecast operational needs, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Lead and support projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
  • MBA/BTech with 6-8 years Experience in Sales & Business Operation role.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Certification (Good to have)
  • PMP / Prince2 (Good to have)
  • Data Analytics Certification
TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Tools: MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Tableau
  • ERP/CRM Systems: SAP CRM, Salesforce (Good to have)
  • Project Tools: Jira, Asana, Trello
  • Advance SQL / Data Analysis Tools
