Ensure Top 5 bank induced SR rejected, withdrawal & beyond TAT are reduced by 30% through systemic interventions with an objective of delighting customers through system & process redesigning
Identify pending actionable, Areas of Improvement in processing by branches & CPC & also quality of controls (QOC) in execution of the process at the various Units
Publishing of MIS from time to time.
Engagement with the respective Units to discuss the concern areas & track improvement across monitored activities
Report monitoring & follow up with the branches
Identification of system enhancement opportunities & liaising with functional units to achieve the changes in agreed timelines
All learning modules assigned by L & D completed within time frame.
