- Deliver accurate weekly/monthly management reports with actionable insights.
- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
- Lead process migrations and ensure smooth stabilization.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and perform periodic audits.
- Manage workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and shift allocations.
- Lead and facilitate high-impact process improvement and transformation projects.
- Manage cross-location initiatives with a focus on client-centric outcomes.
- Leverage business and domain expertise to drive scalable solutions.
- Promote innovation through automation, RPA, and lean initiatives.
- Conduct regular one-on-one discussions and resolve HR or operational issues.
- Organize skip-level meetings to stay connected with extended teams.
- Lead rewards and recognition programs for top-performing teams.
- Ensure L&D plans are executed, including process/domain certifications.
- Track and drive completion of certifications like Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt.
- Partner with talent acquisition teams to onboard and develop new hires.
- Enable talent mobility and support succession planning within the team.
- Must have experience managing operations with 100+ FTEs.
- Strong exposure to RPA tools, process automation, and improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in transition management-onsite or remote.
- Excellent decision-making, analytical, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of P&C domain, especially claims advocacy in US/UK/AU/EU.
- Industry certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, etc., are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change and influence stakeholders.
