- 3+ years of relevant professional experience with a bachelors or associate degree, OR equivalent
- Understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux and mobile device management and related operating system platforms
- Experience with end-user computing environments and device management technologies
- Familiarity with cloud-based services and virtualization technologies
- Familiaritywith desktop software and application packaging
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Expertise with desktop application packaging tools like PSAppDeployToolkit, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Chocolatey, Inno Setup, WiX Toolset, Advanced Installer, or InstallShield
- Experience patching desktop and server operating systems
- Expertise in creating and managing MSI and MSIX packages, including custom actions and transformations
- Experience with software distribution tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, or other enterprise management systems
- This position is based in Bengaluru.
