- Integrate Rust and WebAssembly into browser-based tools for real-time cybercrime analysis and visualization.
- Implement robust authentication, encryption, and data protection features into web solutions.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity researchers and analysts to translate threat intelligence into functional web applications.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and mitigate identified issues during development.
- Conduct regular code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Ensure web applications adhere to secure coding standards and industry best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Maintain technical documentation including design specifications, user manuals, and security implementation notes.
- Stay updated with evolving cyber threats, secure development practices, and emerging technologies in Rust and WebAssembly.
- Contribute to secure CI/CD workflows, automated testing, and containerized deployments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, DevOps, product management, and QA for successful delivery of secure applications.
- Mentor junior developers in secure web development principles and Rust/WebAssembly integration.
- Adhere to ethical standards and data privacy regulations when handling sensitive or confidential data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in secure web development and Rust programming.
- Strong experience with WebAssembly, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- In-depth understanding of software security principles, OOP, RESTful APIs, and cryptographic protocols.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and secure collaboration workflows.
- Understanding of cloud security principles on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, container security (Docker), and Kubernetes.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
