About Company:The client is a leading publicly listed infrastructure development company that has managed and implemented over 700 projects across India with focus on sustainable development for smart cities, promoting access to essential services to all.An Ideal Candidate:An ideal candidate will lead and manage the preparation of accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for Water Treatment Plant (WTP), wastewater treatment, pumping stations, and associated civil infrastructure projects. The role ensures competitiveness, compliance with client requirements, and profitability while coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams.Key Competencies:1. 10-15 years of relevant experience in tendering, estimation & costing for WTP / water infrastructure / large civil EPC projects.2. Proven track record of preparing winning bids and accurate cost estimates.3. Strong knowledge of IS codes, CPHEEO guidelines, and civil construction practices in water projects.4. Review client tender documents, drawings, specifications, and requirements for WTP and related civil works.5. Develop unit rates based on market intelligence, vendor quotations, and historical project data.6. Ensure all tender submissions comply with client requirements, statutory regulations, and company policies.
